The agreement between you and Cyber Spark IT Services Ltd when you use FileMyLtd.
Last updated 6 November 2026
Who we are
FileMyLtd is provided by Cyber Spark IT Services Ltd, company number 14891489, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
What FileMyLtd is
FileMyLtd is software that helps a company director prepare and file dormant and micro-entity accounts with Companies House and the CT600 with HMRC. It is a tool, not an accountancy or tax advice service. FileMyLtd is in early access. Accounts and tax returns are being tested with Companies House and HMRC; live filing opens to early-access members first.
You review and submit
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the filings you approve.
- Nothing is sent to Companies House or HMRC unless you approve it and make the declaration.
- You must be a director of the company, or otherwise authorised to file for it.
- Directors remain legally responsible for their company's accounts and returns, whether or not they use software.
Your account
Keep your password and two-factor device secure and tell us at once if you think your account has been misused. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or to file for companies without authority.
Fees
Prices shown on the pricing page are planned launch prices. You won't be charged without agreeing to a price first. Confirmed prices, VAT and renewal terms will be shown before you pay.
Our liability
We take care to keep FileMyLtd accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that every filing will be accepted or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for penalties, interest, tax or losses that result from information you provided, filings you approved, or deadlines missed. Our total liability to you in any year is limited to the fees you paid in that year. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We'll give reasonable notice before closing an account, unless it's being misused.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
